Data analysis algorithms
We are extending the SNEE stream data management system with data analysis capabilities. For the time being, these extensions include linear regression and D3 Outlier Detection implementations, and have been implemented by transforming each of these data analysis techniques into equivalent SNEEql queries that can be executed by the SNEE query engine. Although this approach is simple, it leverages the existing infrastructure as much as possible without losing in expressiveness, as it takes advantage of the query optimizer’s capabilities for all the existing operators needed.
